I've been working on this on and off in my spare time, but my awk skills aren't that great. Been struggling with this. If anyone has any code examples that would work, or maybe has their own solution, that'd be super helpful.
Easiest solution is to add a number in front of the day of the week to preserve ordering, and have sort do its job, but it doesn't look that good IMO. When I tried to omit sort and prefill the awk array with 0s, it would remove the days of the week.
