Templatize HTML to prevent FOUC about negative

Rendering on the main process is almost impossible.

Idea 1 - Generate a data uri for the HTML
❌ In doing this, the HTML data uri loses context, so any referenced CSS or JS will 404.

Idea 2 - Generate a data uri for the CSS and JS too
❌ This works fine for CSS, but referencing modules in JS using require then breaks.

Idea 3 - Use Handlebars (some or other templating system) to render the HTML on the main process
❌ Still doesn't solve the problem that a file needs to be referenced. The new file could be written to the file system each time the app loads (or more efficiently if the app loads and something in the template changed), but this still creates unnecessary writes.

Idea 4 - Render HTML on the renderer using document.write
✅ Pass settings arguments to the HTML file and use electron-window's __args__ to write elements. This prevents FOUC and provides little overhead.
