The problem for AAX Audio Converter is that your input file resides at the root level of drive D. The program tries to find the parent directory, which does not exist.

Try to move the aax file somewhere lower, with at least one directory level above it, like
D:\tmp\Aesop’s Fables_B007H914RU_LC_64_22050_Stereo.aax
or similar.

This is a bug. I will fix it in the next version.
