If quantity equals "999" in backend, change to "Unlimited" in frontend about camptix

We wouldn't want to use 999 as a value, because there are instances of CampTix where 1000+ tickets are sold. We could use -1 as a value, but it's probably better to do this with a filter instead.

I've added camptix_form_start_tix_remaining filter so you can change the displayed value. It won't affect the actual value in the system, only what's displayed on the form. It passes the entire ticket as an extra parameter, so you can do logic like this:

        return 'Unlimited';

    return $remaining;

Another option is to use the camptix_show_remaining_tickets filter to disable that column entirely, if you'd prefer that to displaying "unlimited" -- #43 (comment)
