Install problem scipy 0.15.1/0.14.0 paramSklearn about auto-sklearn

Hi,
the strict version requirement is a known problem and we're working on that.

Besides that, the problem is not that a specific version of sklearn is required, but a special version of scipy. Try installing numpy first, then scipy==0.14.1, then sklearn==0.15.2, and then the rest.

thanks :) Yes indeed scipy it is should have read properly hehe :))

But it should be scipy==0.14.0 I guess due to the error message?:)

Anyways, just for the record, here is how it worked for me inside a virtualenv:

pip install numpy==1.9.0
pip install scipy==0.14.0
pip install scikit-learn==0.15.2
pip install git+https://github.com/mfeurer/HPOlibConfigSpace#egg=HPOlibConfigSpace0.1dev 
pip install git+https://[email protected]/mfeurer/paramsklearn.git@73d8643b2849db753ddc7b8909d01e6cee9bafc6 --no-deps 
pip install git+https://github.com/automl/HPOlib#egg=HPOlib0.2
pip install --editable git+https://bitbucket.org/mfeurer/pymetalearn/#egg=pyMetaLearn

git clone https://github.com/automl/auto-sklearn.git
cd auto-sklearn 
python setup.py install
