[Docker] Edit files on host and execute on a container about autoware

Still there are other updates to the docker environment and I have my personal tasks so let me show my launch command this time.

@IshitaTakeshi We prepare two images devel and prebuilt. I think using devel image can solve your problem. Is it okay for you?

For the development I think that the mount procedure should be written in README or we should add a script to realize it.
