Using the c4go project as a starting point add tests for c4ids and ids of ids (called slaces in go).

Organize the c4python repo as an idiomatic / typical and organized TDD based python project.

This involves creating the typical folders and treating framework. Be sure to document any dependancies.

Copy source to multiple destinations simultaneously.

Implement c4ids to satisfy the tests created in issue #2.

There is a file already in the project that implements c4ids that can be used as reference.

To offer a Python Package, which will help the end user to download & install all the basic python libraries and also to setup the C4H platform at the top of it.
