Fix issue with cargo integration tests no longer working about genspring

Cause by 2 issues
1.) needed longer time out for server to come up
2.) context var in SeleniumBase needs to match artifactId in pom.xml but was getting set to module. Generally does not matter but in the 2 test project are diff and conversion set context and module to same. To simplify everything now dump the bundle used to gen the app to test.properties and copy renames both in the app's /src/test/resources folder so tests can just use the right values without having to jump through hoops (or adding more complication to GenSpring). Also allows for betting checking that generate app worked the way we expected and did not screw up the same way in both the app and the generated test.
