• For the encounter type sync audit information is not coming after 1st time sync ... After doing 2nd time of sync it will come ..
  By: sample name is coming after doing 2 time of sync..

This is because we have a ten second rule on the server. The data for audit is assigned on the server and it will be available on client only after 10 seconds it has been saved. if the sync is fast then it may come in subsequent sync.
It is not an issue.

2. Also we should add in readme when the audit details will appear and based on what?

• like for individuals last modified date
• for encounters - filledBy date
• after sync it will display and why so?
