[Runtime API] Missing `nrt_get_dmabuf_fd` Function about aws-neuron-sdk

@JigaoLuo which RT version are you running? The function is still there as far as I can tell

Hi,
for example this function nrt_get_dmabuf_fd is not in here: https://github.com/aws-neuron/aws-neuron-sdk/blob/master/src/libnrt/include/nrt/nrt.h

that's just a stable set of headers that we published in order to build other open source bits. You should install neuron RT

apt install aws-neuronx-runtime-lib

and use headers/libs from /opt/aws/neuron/include and /opt/aws/neuron/lib
