Could you please confirm if the Open-JDK is installed.

If Open-JDK is already installed:
you should be able to use the following steps to check the jni.h is present in that directory.

ud0bf9c20cc4e5a3c5970:/usr/lib/jvm/java-8-openjdk-amd64/include$ echo $JAVA_HOME
/usr/lib/jvm/java-8-openjdk-amd64

If its not installed:
you can refer https://github.com/awslabs/amazon-kinesis-video-streams-producer-sdk-cpp/blob/master/README.md to install the open-jdk.
Install Open JDK:

$ sudo apt-get install openjdk-8-jdk
$ java -showversion
openjdk version "1.8.0_151"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_151-8u151-b12-0ubuntu0.17.10.2-b12)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.151-b12, mixed mode)

That solved the problem. I had openjdk-8-jre installed, but not openjdk-8-jdk. After I installed that, the build completed without errors. Thanks!
