ssh asks for passphrase every time about windows-bash-ssh-agent

Check your OS and WSL versions?

• open WSL
• cmd.exe /c "systeminfo" | grep "^OS Version"
• cat /etc/os-release

I'm pretty sure mine does not work due to being on old versions of both. Seems like build 17763 of Windows 10 is needed - this is the '1809' release.
