Remaining DEFINEs set to 0 - except dragons that still use class.
PREATT: converted to PRETOTALAB,
removed the stopgap var 'BaseAttackBonus' as no longer required.

That appears to be all possible at this time. GameMode changes now implemented. NOTE: SIZENAME with a KEY caused errors, leaving that off as it requires PCGen team implementation.
