You can download VOC test data from http://host.robots.ox.ac.uk/pascal/VOC/voc2007/ and then use the tf_convert_data.py and change the output_name to voc_2007_test and then you'll have the 'voc_2007_test.tfrecord' file

@edocoh87 If I just run tf_convert_data.py with different output_file_name (
Voc_2007_train and voc_2007_test), the same files with same file size is output. In the end, this command reads the same database and outputs it to a file without referring to imagesets / layout directory in VOC2007.
Why are both files the same size? Is not it something we have to give the option to perform?
