Create transaction from marketplace dashboard about balanced-api

@jkwade this is already supported. The marketplace owner account is just that—an account on the marketplace. It's the first one created. You can find that account in the dashboard and debit it. Give it a shot in the test dashboard.

You're right you can do the following to debit a marketplace owner account:

1. Find the merchant account associated with your marketplace (aka the marketplace owner account) https://www.balancedpayments.com/marketplaces/<marketplace_guid>/accounts/<account_guid>
2. From the URL above, create a debit
3. Your escrow balance will be automatically updated, and Balanced will debit your marketplace owner account linked bank account at a later date.

...but @matin I'm not clear how to specify which funding instrument the debit will be made from (e.g. I have a credit card and a bank account linked to this account).
