Iterator is broken about balanced-python

Looks like something in the 0.9 branch broke it

ipdb> balanced.BankAccount.query.total
14
ipdb> len([x for x in balanced.BankAccount.query])
10
ipdb> balanced.__version__
'0.9.0'
ipdb> len([x for x in balanced.BankAccount.query.all()])
10

Also note that the query object appears to be returning 1 less than the actual total in 0.9:

ipdb> balanced.BankAccount.query.total
15
ipdb> len([x for x in balanced.BankAccount.query])
15
ipdb> balanced.__version__
'0.8.20'
