Add note to readme about needing scala nature + this plugin (was Scala Libraries not included, Cannot add Scala Nature) about androidproguardscala

The AndroidProguardScala plugin is in addition to scala nature; I'll add that to the README.

In this case, you should be able to:

1. Remove the AndroidProguardScala nature
2. Add Scala nature
3. Add AndroidProguardScala nature

(You want to remove and add the AndroidProguardScala nature because it fixes up the classpath order. If you don't, the minified scala jar will be in the classpath before the regular scala library, and the Scala IDE will get very, very confused.)

Seems that I have a problem with the Scala IDE plugin. I am using eclipse Juno (4.2).
I am referring to this post on Stackoverflow:
"Right-click on the project, Configure, Add Scala nature" is impossible, because there is no entry "Add Scala nature".

I will try eclipse 3.7

It works with eclipse 3.7!
I can now do "Right-click on the project, Configure, Add Scala nature".
