Get city name ID about flutter-geolocator

@KiraDiShira we just release version 1.6.4 of the Geolocator plugin which should solve your issue. You can now supply a locale when using one of the geocoding methods, for example:

Placemark placemark = await Geolocator().placemarkForCoordinates(54.9, 6.9, localeIdentifier: "en_US");

The above will ensure the result is always formatted in English.

@KiraDiShira, this is a very interesting question. At the moment we don't support this, both the Android and iOS APIs don't support something like a unique city identifier. They do both support specifying a specific locale which we can use to enforce the language used when returning the address. Unfortunately this is not something we support in the current version of the plugin but I am willing to spend some time on it and have support implemented in a few days if this would help you?
