Swapping nodes between desktops is actually not supported.

I might prevent this from happening or I will generalize the swap function.

Swapping windows between desktops works.

Is bspc window 0x1C00001 -s 0x1800001 -f supported? The intended behavior is to keep 0x1C00001 focused, but that's not the case. bspwm crashed once while I was testing this. I'll try to reproduce if necessary.
