Tablet/Smartphone issue: Cannot type in the terminal window about bastillion

Oh cool! - Glad someone has tried this.

It actually uses form elements, there is a small textbox in the top-right
hand corner that is used.

Maybe the focus isn't being set correctly on that textbox when using a
mobile browser.

As far as the Ctrl+[key], you could maybe handle that in the application
itself and put something in the menu bar to toggle on/off the ctrl key. ..
but then you would need Esc and some others too.
