Hi Rufrage,

Nowdays, the plugin does not support the Web/PWA platform.

I think that is a good idea, to provide it. That's in one of the big goal of Capacitor framework (just one code base for iOS, Android and Web).

Let's keep tracking of the interst of this feature on this issue.

as a workaround until PWA gets ready here, theoretically will I be able to use ionic to detect the platform and if on android and iOS use this library and use a normal firebase javascript approach for when platform is detected to be web?
