A social network for me using GitHub.com Issues as conversation drivers (Topics!)

Starting small, aiming lower.*

How I expect this to work:

- a chat application hosted at Gitter.im. Login using GitHub credentials.
I've installed and signed into the Gitter Android app on my phone, but haven't tested a darned thing yet.

The original intention:

Create an Issue here as a conversation starter, to which respondents can add Comments.
Anyone with a GitHub.com account can create and comment on Issues in a public GitHub repository (repo).
I have the OctoDroid GitHub application on my phone to make it easy to create, view and comment on Issues.
I intend to create and add a link to a public IFTTT.com applet to notify when something, anything, happens here.

First!

And, after all the effort expended in creating topics, Baz had nothing to talk about, which was faintly embarrassing.

Incidentally, speaking of embararassing, in addition to mis-spelling it in my first Gitter comment I just created an issue at the Octodroid repo, thinking I was here.
