@NaveenHebbale Although this probably belongs in the Continuation In Post Conditions epic, I think someone should work on this ticket soon.
Actually, no, we need this in Continuation In epic so that we can show the new C business.

With the ongoing pay/queue/filer issues, I bumped into this incorrect scenario so I fixed it. In this scenario, the filing is Pending but the payment is Completed.
