Update Quickstart Data for 3.10 release about bedework

Still to do: image uploads, featured events, and issue #18

Create a new dump file - both for full and for skeleton data. Make sure featured events & image uploads are in both. Skeleton data should have one category, one alias, one subscription, etc.

Largely done: images, featured events, and #18 are closed.
Still needed:

1. create "sparse" version of the data based on the new initbedework.xml file (the existing file may be good enough).
2. decide if we're going to support event registration by default in the quickstart data. See: #78

Will create two new tickets and close this one.
