冒昧的用中文回复你，看你博客里有微博。
确实，上传组件已经完成了的，但是有一些问题：
① 不能通过相机 API 获取图片
② 对需要上传的图片不能进行可选质量压缩
在 Phonegap 分支，我通过采用 Camera 和 File Transfer 2个插件很好的解决了这些问题

@zhouhao Hi, 忘了告诉你了，现在 HiApp 整合了 Phonegap 和很多 Phonegap 插件的使用，也包括了文件上传组件，如果有需要，可以参考下哦。
