"gcc examples\ini_dump.c ini.c -o ini_dump" works fine for me.

Just a note for next time -- it's really helpful if you fill in the sections 
"what steps will reproduce the problem" and expected output / what you see 
instead. Then folks can tell what you're seeing and provide better help.
