I'd rather not include and maintain different ways to build inih, seeing it's
really a 1 or 2 file project that you just include in whatever project you're
working on it.

However, GetBool() looks like a good addition to the C++ wrapper -- I'll add
that in (soonish).

It would be interesting to use the CMake build system since it provides a
static library with pkg-config integration allow thus for easy usage without
code duplicating and management overhead.

For us it doesn't really matter too much since we'll be using our fork with
those, if not merged.

In r11 I added GetBoolean to the C++ API -- thanks. A couple of minor changes:

* I called it GetBoolean rather than GetBool so it's spelled out -- consistent
with GetInteger.
* It accepts true/yes/on/1 for true, and false/no/off/0 for false. If you want
integers other than 0 or 1, use GetInteger.
* I used std::transform to convert the string to lowercase rather than rolling
my own case-insensitive compare function. Also used this instead of the for
loop I already had in MakeKey.

So feel free to sync your INIReader.cpp and .h to r11. As mentioned, I'd rather
not integrate CMake or any other build system into this tiny project.

Thanks for the suggestions!
