Greetings!
This issue seems to be related to Risk of Rain 2 and not directly to base BepInEx. As such, I suggest first asking help from the game's community sources (i.e. the Mod Developer Discord).
Judging from the error you seem to be missing MMHOOK_Assembly-CSharp.dll
. As far as I know, BepInExPack
has been updated recently in such a way that it doesn't include that file by default. Instead, you also need to install R2API to get most of RoR2 plugins working (in fact it seems that this is also mentioned on the front page of Thunderstore).
