Add elucidation for has_material_basis where domain is a function to BFO2 reference about bfo

This is another argument for separating 'has material basis' from 'has qualitative basis' (see discussion in #113). The material basis for the function of the screwdriver would be the screwdriver itself and the qualitative basis would include handle shape, shape of head, etc.
