Looking at _s, they simply include all the css files in the top level - they don't put them in a separate directory. What are your thoughts? I only ever have 1 or 2 extra css files (editor-style.css and flexslider.css)
from ea-genesis-child.
I suppose it doesn't matter. Typically I usually end up with 3-4 CSS files, not always, but fairly often. The editor CSS, any JS stuff (like flexslider), ie stylesheet if needed, etc. Also, on some of the bigger sites that need an actual mobile version (not just responsive), I'll make a mobile stylesheet that gets included only for mobile devices that does all the tweaks/resets.

Since we're not including JS with our base theme, we can put that directory wherever we want when the time comes. I like having it in /inc
