What are your thoughts on this and other points of extension (e.g., which IVolatileCache to use)? As in, how do you want consumers to configure this? app.config settings with class names for each point of extension? Maybe properties on topmost object (so they can vary instance by instance)?

I'm waiting to see how everything else evolves, I want to try a couple different ways for extension.

For exactly IVolatileCache I think it needs to be passed into the ctor of BlendedCacheService to make the usage clear for lifecycle management with ioc containers.

Got about half way through tonight on this. Something weird at the lower layers with having

Get<TData, TKey>(TKey key)
Get<TData>(int key)

And how the lower execution layers can keep their strong typing on the Loader delegate.

Then admin2 went down tonight, so I quit working on it.
