Nusacular This project aims to develop a system capable of detecting regional languages or dialects from text. We will collect a dataset containing text in various regional languages or dialects and train machine learning models to recognize and classify them.
Fresh or Stale Detection This repository contains a Fresh or Stale Detection application that uses the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm to classify fruits and vegetables.
WasteTrack Chatbot The project is a chatbot implemented using Flask and Python, incorporating a pre-trained model. The chatbot is designed to interact with users, analyze their input, and generate relevant responses using the trained model.
WasteTrack YOLO The waste classification project is designed to classify waste items as either organic or inorganic using the YOLO (You Only Look Once) object detection algorithm. The project is implemented in Python and utilizes the Flask web framework to create a user-friendly interface for users to interact with.

Annual People Analytics Report As a People Analytics Associate at The Bloom Company, it is my responsibility to assess the effectiveness of our employee retention and hiring initiatives. In our Annual People Analytics Report for 2011, we aim to provide comprehensive insights on the success of our efforts over the past two years (2010-2011). This includes evaluating the impact of new tenure-based reward programs, analyzing historical data for more accurate manpower planning, and assessing the inclusivity of our hiring practices in terms of age and gender distributions. Our objective is to determine whether these initiatives have achieved the desired outcomes and inform future decision-making strategies.
Cost Effectiveness Analysis of Employee Payroll Scheme As a Data Analyst at The Bloom Company, I am tasked with assessing the cost-effectiveness of our current payroll scheme for Bloomers. With over 35,000 users and 1,400 Bloomers, our fast-growing SaaS company operates across multiple cities in Indonesia. In our 7th year, I am working closely with the management team to analyze the salary per hour for Bloomers in each office branch, considering the number of employees per month. This analysis will help us make informed decisions about our payroll allocation and ensure a fair and efficient compensation system.
