你不必對每件工作都百分百上心。

這話乍一聽有點違和，但細想想，有它的道理。

比如交差類的工作，做好了和做差了沒有大差別，並且你很難從中收獲成長。這樣的工作就不要鉆牛角尖，終極目標是你好我好大家好。

而創造性的工作，就需要你獨立思考，提出建設性意見。你能從工作本身吸收新知和靈感，未來應用到更廣闊的領域。這樣的工作就值得花大力氣做好。例如搭建一項新業務的基礎框架，某一項工作的底層方法論構建，對公司新員工的系統培訓等等。

所以，請給自己的日常工作分分類。

另外，越是忙碌的人，越沒有核心競爭力。因為疲於奔命的工作會讓人停止思考，每天被雞毛蒜皮的小事牽著鼻子走。久而久之，就變成只會動手不會動腦的機器。

一個人身上獨特的閃光點，一定首先來自於他的見識，觀點和想法。有了這些東西，再轉化成行動和執行力，而不是反過來。

所以無論多忙碌，你都要給自己一點喘息的時間。關上電腦，關上手機，走到戶外去，深呼吸，停下來。

找到自己的20%時間，實際上是給自己創造獨立思考的時空。你不會一輩子呆在一家公司，你的工作經歷裏一定要有這些特別的東西，才能讓你與眾不同。請相信現在播下的種，未來一定會長出美麗的花。
