UTA commit 7f509a0b2a0e79d4f7d2f5504d60a107e24e16bb
- Updated setup.py. Removed obsolete dependencies and added required ones.
- Use ez_setup.py to guarantee a modern version of setuptools.
- Created jenkins target in Makefile to build ve, install deps, test, and build docs. This target may be used locally as well for testing installation in a naïve environment.
- Updated jenkins project to use jenkins target and verified with several runs.
- Added build status to CORE page (https://invitae.jira.com/wiki/display/CORE/Core+Data+and+Tools+Home) (yay!)
