compile mapping file for all samples about emp

Several studies are currently missing from this table: 1235, 850, 550, and 722. Will these be added soon?

We are aiming to get the final mapping file together by later tonight, however; we have run into a few technical issues, which may delay the final version until the weekend.

I have generated the full mapping file for all the studies listed in the Google Doc, which can be downloaded here.

This contains the most up-to-date metadata and should be the final version.

Should study 678 in the spreadsheet actually be study 677? The mapping file calls it 677, but the spreadsheet says 678.

The last 104 lines of the master_mapping_file.txt file in the isme dropbox folder are missing the first few fields.
