massdns is not created on windows. about massdns

These were just warnings. MassDNS was still created in the bin directory. However, I have eliminated these warnings on Windows.

I am having this issue when i ran the command make nolinux

make (e=2): The system cannot find the file specified.
make: *** [Makefile:12: nolinux] Error 2
