Hi! Thanks for the feedback!

I'll be honest I'm totally not a open source guru, so im going to need your help on this!

Could you explain a bit how that works? How do I do it and more importantly, what kind of usage to people make of this?

It would be as simple as adding the LICENSE file to the FamiStudioXXX-Platform.zip file that you upload in the releases section.

The benefit is that certain Linux distros will copy the license file to special folder on the system. If it's not in the .zip file itself it just takes more time to download it. Also, if the license were to change at some point, then the version that applies to the specific release is easily found.

It's nothing urgent, so feel free do it in the next release.

LICENSE file was added to the 2.1.1 release and will be included moving forward. I only did it for the Linux version tho, I am not sure it makes sense to have it inside the MacOS bundle or Windows installer. Feel free to reopen if you disagree.
