Setting for each experiment has been formatted into a table. And each table has been mentioned in a paragraph describing the setup.

Sadi (March 28'th):
"I want to ask you to add a discussion section in chapter three to make it easier for the reader and to show the strong points in your systems based on the developed experiments."

Sadi (March 28'th):
"What I meant in chapter 3 (experiments) is to add a discussion section at the end of the chapter in order to discuss and compare the results together."

Mohammad (April 4th):
"In the Evaluation phase, the experiments that I've done are grouped. Within each group they are relevant and I've compared their results in the conclusion part of each group. When it comes to inter-group comparison, however, the experiments are not comparable since they evaluate totally different aspects of FenceX. For example, there is no meaning in comparison of weak scalability experiments and strong scalability experiments. So I don't see the potential for a "discussion and comparison of results" section at the end of chapter 3."
