Add Geodot to Godot's Asset Library about geodot-plugin

• addons/geodot should be rooted imho
• I prefer the demo to be in addons/geodot/demo which can be ignored by the user importing
• We are targetting Godot 3.2 so maybe stable https://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/tutorials/assetlib/uploading_to_assetlib.html is better
• I did not knew Plugin/Create tool

Since we have build artifacts for Linux now (#41), I wonder if it'd make sense to upload these to a separate repository and use that for the asset library? https://github.com/cpina/github-action-push-to-another-repository

I think it's enough to have the correct structure in this repo.

.gitattributes (excluding all but addons)

Each release is a developer decision/testing/tagging which is still manual for the AssetLib is it?
