Which settings? The normal settings from the menu or the detailed ones?

I have the same problem, but in my case only detailed settings are not saved (normal settings are saved properly).

If we are to adopt my fork, we will be able to easily add and remove settings, because they are stored inside a UserSettings.ini instead of a custom binary format.
