你这个提议不太合理吧，开网页的时候，有时候也是需要打开面板的，看着网页，我想打开浏览器，你意思我必须把网页最小化再去打开面板咯？或者你的意思是说，在打开浏览器的时候，啥事都不要干，就专心于看网页，比如你突然发现你想打开一个软件，就必须把浏览器最小化回到桌面打开吗？显然这样的建议并不合理，你可以考虑让这个软件设置一个白名单什么的，让他在你打开的程序的这个程序不起作用，这样才是从大局考虑，而不是因为个人的原因，要大家都改变习惯。

能否增加桌面空白双击启动呢？快捷键经常会和部分应用冲突，排查挺麻烦，中键也是，在大量3D软件中，中键是重要的操作键
