javac should inherit environment classpath about boot

Looks like the compiler wants a path.separator separated string of filesystem paths of jars and directories on the classpath, like the -classpath option to javac takes. Perhaps we should maintain a boot.class.path system property that mimics the java.class.path property but includes dynamic classpath as managed by boot?

We have a similar thing already for editors to use, the fake.class.path property, so it would be easy to add this guy in there. https://github.com/boot-clj/boot/blob/master/boot/core/src/boot/core.clj#L103-L120

boot.class.path - into it. I bet any JVM compiler-ish thing would need this or something like it.
