If you've got Bootstrap and jquery already, there is not much more than copying the dist folder. Look at the gh-pages branch.
I will document it better, which files to use.

But for the client side only bower is used btw. I recommend strongly to use bower. But I will have a look at it soon.

I documented better which files to reference. See https://github.com/Waxolunist/bootstrap3-wysihtml5-bower#files-to-reference
I assume you are using bootstrap already, which requires jquery, thus these two are not included in the build.
