Which parser do you mean?
The toolbar uses bootstrap components (buttons and modals). I don't get that one.

Or do you mean that the output should use bootstrap?

Yeah!
I think would be nice to create all the stuff needed to output correct bootstrap and the toolbar buttons to add the components that apply here (buttons, breadcrums)

This could be a big project but we could break it by element: button button, button tab, etc...

I am sorry, but this is a text editor and not an online designer. So components are clearly out of scope. What could be done is to add support for typography elements provided by bootstrap.
But then again, I think an editor like aloha, which uses contenteditable is better suited for that task, than wysihtml5, which is a just a nice looking richtext editor. This project aims only in integrating it in a bootstrap powered page, by providing the look and feel of a default bootstrap component.
Maybe you are searching for a tool like this: http://www.layoutit.com/

No, I'm not looking for something like layoutit since I don't want to control layouts or similar

Do you mean that this project will never have a table button for example?

A table is possible. Typography should.
Forms and grids are out of scope (too much problems).
Javascript components and other fancy stuff probably not.
Glyphicons are a candidate.
Better image integration of course.

Start with making issues for every bootstrap element you want in. That helps organizing.
After that, any help is appreciated in programming. Fork it and make pull requests.

I don't understand the purpose of the files in the templates folder since I have to define again the same in the buffer at template.js

Could you explain it to me, please?

Thanks!

You write it in the templates folder and compile it into the templates.js file. See Gruntfile.js, task handlebars. So not defining twice.
Thx for the work on organizing issues. At the moment I am working on the small implementation and some base work. What we would need probably is a mockup for grouping all these buttons.

Mmmm I suspect something by the way identation is presented... cool now I understand what is grunt for
Please, you need to understand that I'm mostly a backend developer so I use to solve this issues in "another way"

At these point I'm almost finish the label button as my way to understand how the code works (so next buttons will come almost by themselves)

But as soon as I finish this first I try to make the mockup as I see it

Thanks!
