Hello, the image sizes in my dataset vary. Run pre_ grey_ Rgb2D.py is adjusted to 256x256. But when running finetune_ and_ inference_ tutorial_ 2D_ dataset.ipynb, the shape of my gt_data array is (197,288), while the shape of your medsam_seg array is (256,256). The final output image mask and image cannot be combined, resulting in very low scores. How can I modify the code and solve this problem? Please advise

Please also resize the ground truth to 256x256.
