Yeah, im also getting this - have installed postgres via boxen

managed to sort this by installing ruby 2.1.0 from rbenv and changing the Gemfile to use ruby 2.1.0 - also changed pg version to 0.17.1 and ran a bundle install
from boxen-web.
Please open this as an issue on boxen/puppet-postgresql, as this is unrelated to the boxen-web app.
