I found that @ABDOELSHEMY has answered all the question for me. Maybe I can just close the issue. Thanks for the informative discussion!! (I admit that I can't solve the issue about running my code on Windows. Never have a chance to try XDD)

I think that's the basic requirement of all deep learning methods, and there is actually no solution to drastically reduce RAM consumption without sacrificing the performance. (Or it would be maybe best paper in NIPS or CVPR 2018 @@)
