To target more MacOS versions we need to compile this code on old MacOS. We need at least 10.14 even better 10.13.
Github Actions supports only 10.15, we can not use it to build libraries
from brainflow.

plan for now - move to github actions. Use github actions images for linux(tests and releases) and MacOS(only tests). Downgrade my own MacMini to 10.14 or 10.13 and setup self hosted runner only for publishing releases
