I'm not sure what you mean here actually. Can you give me an example of such a "test file"?

Of course,

I meant files that contain your unit tests. On python you would use a library such as PyTest. It requires your "test files" to be named test_*.py or *_test.py.

This would result in an icon like this

You have similar icons for different languages:

These are, of course library dependent, but as a general rule of thumb, we can say that a filename that contains 'test' is a test file.

Ah, that's impossible with the way this package works. We just look at the syntax, and the syntax of say a python test file will still be python. There is no way for us to implement something like that.
