SocketTimeoutException with large files about github-release-gradle-plugin

Hi mduft, thanks for bringing this to my attention.
I've added a new field client that you can use to configure OkHttp

import okhttp3.OkHttpClient

githubRelease {
  client new OkHttpClient.Builder()
	.writeTimeout(5, TimeUnit.Minutes) 
	.build()
}

Now that was fast :) Thanks a lot, I was able to successfully upload a release with a 10 minutes read timeout xD It seems that the processing of the file after the upload took some time on the github server and that triggered the read timeout.
